Having worked in Learning and Development for many years, I know one of the most commonly asked questions are:

1. Can I run a team build for my team?
2. Where do I start?
3. Do you have ideas of icebreakers or activities that can be run?

With this in mind, I went about designing a team building toolkit to help not only L&D, but Human Resources and Business professionals to run diagnostics and activities for their teams, with lots of guidelines about how to run these.

The teambuild toolkit focuses on different tools to help understand where teams are on the Tuckman stages of team development. From here the toolkit walks through each stage and ideas of how to assess your team(s) – from interviews to observations. With indepth detailed step by step what to do when and how to do it, including what resources you will need and time it will take.

Once you have identified where your team is on the Tuckman model, at each stage there are detailed activities for you to run with your teams to help bring any areas to the surface and to being to understand opportunities and strengths within your team.

The toolkit includes ice breakers and activities to run to help the teams move to the next stage of Tuckman.
