Tracey is an enthusiastic, creative and driven leader with over 17 years’ experience of Learning, Development and Talent in the Financial services, IT and Retail industries.
Tracey has a proven track record for delivering results and making a difference within primarily leadership, management and all aspects of team development.
She has a varied background within the learning and development space of organisational design, facilitation, design, coaching, project management and is a qualified practitioner of several behavioural tools including DISC, Insights and HBDI.
Tracey has worked primarily in the Finance and IT industries, most recently at Fidelity as the Global Head of Learning and Development, one key project Tracey delivered was a global Management Development program, which ran over a 6 month period and was a fully blended approach. She also headed up a project team looking into women in Leadership.
Before Fidelity, Tracey has held positions of Head of Learning and Development for EMEA at Invesco and VMware. Here she set up the learning and development department, designing and co facilitating a global leadership development program working with the GM of EMEA and the leadership team. Tracey also brought in the Talent review process along with implementing a learning management system which could also track top talent. Tracey’s key achievement at VMware was being identified as high potential and being asked to move to the US to work more closely with the CEO and his team.
Tracey has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Bournemouth University. She resides in Berkshire in the UK and has two children.
